1. Definitions

• "Event" refers to Synapse Conclave 2025
• "Organizer" refers to LucidLines Productions Private Limited
• "Participant" refers to any individual or entity registered for the Event
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, or any digital interface used for the Event
• "Registration Fee" refers to the amount paid for Event participation
• "Venue" refers to the physical or virtual location where the Event is conducted

2. Registration and Payment Terms

2.1 Registration Process

• Registration is complete only upon full payment of the Registration Fee
• Registration is non-transferable without prior written consent from the Organizer
• The Organizer reserves the right to reject any registration without stating reasons
• False or incorrect information provided during registration may result in cancellation

2.2 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Registration Fees are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment methods accepted:
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets
• Transaction fees, if any, are to be borne by the Participant

2.3 No-Refund Policy

3. Event Participation

3.1 Access and Identification

• Participants must carry valid government-issued photo ID
• Event badges/passes must be worn visibly at all times
• Access to sessions/areas is subject to the registered ticket category
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry without proper identification

3.2 Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the Event
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated
• Photography/recording permissions must be obtained from the Organizer
• Dress code: Business/Business Casual attire

3.3 Intellectual Property

• All Event content is protected by copyright laws
• Unauthorized recording or sharing of Event content is prohibited
• The Organizer retains rights to all Event materials and presentations
• Participant presentations must be original or properly licensed

4. Modifications and Cancellations

4.1 Event Changes

• The Organizer reserves the right to:
  • Modify the Event schedule, speakers, or content
  • Change the Event venue or format (physical/virtual)
  • Postpone or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances
• Participants will be notified of significant changes via registered email

4.2 Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, government restrictions, wars, riots, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond reasonable control.

5. Liability and Insurance

• Participants attend the Event at their own risk
• The Organizer is not responsible for:
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Travel or accommodation issues
  • Technical difficulties during virtual sessions
• Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage

6. Data Protection and Privacy

• Participant data will be processed as per our Privacy Policy
• Registration implies consent to:
  • Event communications
  • Photography/videography during the Event
  • Sharing contact details with Event sponsors (optional)

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India
• These terms are governed by Indian law
• Mandatory mediation before legal proceedings

8. Updates to Terms

• These terms may be updated without prior notice

• Continued participation implies acceptance of modified terms

9. Severability
